One of the company’s key strengths is its extensive food production infrastructure in Abu Dhabi. Operating from a facility spanning approximately 28,000 square metres, Capital Catering has the capacity and resources required to support substantial food production and distribution requirements. The facility includes extensive dry storage and temperature-controlled storage areas, helping maintain appropriate conditions for food handling and preservation.
Supporting these operations is a fleet of more than 150 chilled trucks and light vehicles. This transportation network plays an important role in distributing food products efficiently while supporting temperature-sensitive deliveries. Combined with its storage and production capabilities, the fleet enables the company to coordinate complex catering requirements across multiple locations.
