Open Positions & Requirements

1. MEP Draftsman

Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in MEP drafting; high-rise fit-out experience preferred.
Technical Software Skills: Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, with Navisworks clash detection capabilities.
Core Responsibilities & Output:
- Preparation of MEP shop drawings, builders’ work, and as-built drawings.
- Development of riser diagrams, schematics, and equipment layouts.
- Ensuring full compliance with DEWA, Dubai Municipality (DM), and Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) standards.

2. MEP Engineer

Experience: 3+ years in high-rise fit-out and construction preferred.
Regulatory Compliance: Hands-on experience with DEWA, DM, and Civil Defence approvals and regulatory compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Preparation and management of shop drawings, submittals, load calculations, and as-built documentation.
- Overseeing testing, commissioning, and final handover of integrated MEP systems.
- Executing site inspections, multi-trade coordination, and cost control.
